Lake Tahoe Cooking Classes

This location is in a home kitchen. Location is very clean and instructor is super friendly!!! I absolutely LOVED learning all the tricks. If you are looking for a date night or an event to do in Lake Tahoe that’s not skiing etc. then THIS is your event. We had a great time. Snacks provided BYOB

This was such a fun experience, I can't recommend it enough. My husband and I wanted something different to do in Tahoe and this did not disappoint. Nicole is such a talented board making artist, so easy going and very interesting. We now have so many tips to really wow with a cheese board. Can't wait to impress friends and family! We also got to take our boards with us. Nicole was so generous, we had snacks for days. This is a must do!

What a wonderful time we had learning about various meats, cheeses and building a proper board. Very enjoyable setting and Nicole was an excellent and knowledgeable host.

We had a wonderful time with Nicole learning how to make charcuterie boards. Fun activity with my husband. You can bring your own wine. Although we were hesitant at first because the venue is their home, the actual setting was WONDERFUL! The place was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We learned a lot and cannot wait to try this at home!! Highly recommend!!

This class was great! Went with my best friend. Nicole has everything needed to make a beautiful and tasty charcuterie board. I have made these before but she taught us techniques to bring it to the next level. We brought our works of art home with us.

My mom and I enjoyed the learning how to make charcuterie boards and particularly loved hearing about the fun facts behind charcuterie. I also enjoyed chatting about the experiences the host had with being a custom charcuterie board maker and how she got in to this business. She was really friendly, helpful and kind. I would 100% recommend this experience.

While visiting South Lake Tahoe for vacation in the Fall season, we were thinking of things to do. My wife said, “let’s take a charcuterie class”. A web search led us to Tahoe Charcuterie Co. Booking was easy, and communication was prompt and professional. As our date approached I received a reminder, and inquiry about food allergies or special needs. Nicole greeted us warmly at her home within beautiful Tahoe Keys near the lake. The class setting is casual with flexible structure. We frequently prepare and enjoy food boards at home and while entertaining. Nicole has ‘Leveled us up’ in our ability to present a beautiful assortment to our friends and family. She had everything there! Mixing colors, shapes, and flavors was so much fun. In all our travels, this was something different to sign up for. Something that we were able to take away both delicious food, and an introduction to new skills that we will most definitely use. Highly recommend Tahoe Charcuterie Co.
