If you've ever wanted to be the host or hostess with the mostest and impress your guests with Insta-worthy charcuterie boards and grazing tables, then this is the class for you! If you just want to relax, have fun, chat with a well-traveled Tahoe local and eat delicious charcuterie, then this is also the class for you! I'm happy to accommodate food allergies and custom orders.

What To Expect
During this private, interactive 1.5 hour class, you'll learn the techniques that professionals use to slice and style meats, cheeses and fruits for a stunning and delicious charcuterie creation. You will leave with your own personal mini board and all the tricks to wow your friends and family at your next gathering. This is a fun and relaxing workshop where we can practice, play and, most importantly, eat!
This intimate and casual class is hosted in my home (South Lake Tahoe location provided via text after booking) where you are welcome to BYOB (wine, beer, etc.). For larger events, I can come to to your home, hotel, office or event space. Simply specify location when you book.
This workshop is perfect for team building and corporate events and groups larger than nine. Contact us to learn more.
This activity is fun for all ages! Children are welcome. Infants and children under five who would like to help their parents make a board may attend for free.
