Great audio tour very informative and fun!
This audio tour was exactly what we were hoping for. We learned a good bit of Lake Tahoe history and it gave us great ideas for stops all along the way. We stopped at a few beaches/State Parks and including a stop for lunch at Gar Woods at Carnelian Bay we completed the tour of Lake Tahoe in about 5.5 - 6 hours. We went back to several spots another day and used the tour again as needed.

Lovely evening. Interesting history and description of the lake and sites viewable from the boat. Service is excellent and food is very good. Tips are not included, but it wasn't clear how to give a tip so I put it on our drink tab.

Great location on bike trail; fast service and good rates
The family staff (Jessie and Phil) are super friendly and were quick to set us up and get us going with map, lock and optional helmets on traditional 21-speed bicylces. This is a great location for jumping on the National Forest Bike Trail. We rode through the pines on the paved path, passing Tahoe’s popular beaches including Pope, Camp Richardson and the Tallac historic site. You'll want to get off your bikes to explore the century-old family mansions and the boathouses where concerts and plays are now staged. We had time to take a short swim on a small beach near the boathouses -- bring a towel and a swimsuit on your ride. Our bikes were easy to ride but I did have some difficulty shifting between the front gears. That turned out to not be much of a problem as I could stay in the front chain with its seven gears, since the forest trail is super easy and mostly flat.

This was a great tour to round out other more Lake Tahoe centered tours during our vacation. Our guide, Nevada, was witty, fun, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. He took the long way to Virginia City on the way out to show us parts of the state we had not seen before, including beautiful views of the valley. The approx half hour train ride was charmingly and perfectly narrated and included even more history of the area. The rest of the day is spent on the main street of the town and you can choose your own activities for a few hours before the ride back. Bring sunglasses and a hat if you are sensitive to the sun. Highly recommended.

Our private yacht experience on Lake Tahoe was truly unforgettable and worth every penny! We visited some absolutely beautiful spots, learned so much about the different areas of the lake, and even had the chance to go swimming. The highlight was unexpectedly spotting a mama bear with her cubs — a magical moment our family will never forget! Captain J made the entire experience extra special. He was knowledgeable, personable, and fantastic with our 15-year-old girls, making sure everyone felt comfortable and had an amazing time. It felt like we were spending the day with someone who genuinely wanted our family to have the best experience possible.From the breathtaking scenery to the wildlife, swimming, and wonderful memories we made together, this was so much more than a boat ride. It was an incredible Lake Tahoe experience that we’ll be talking about for years to come. Highly recommend!
