Loved the boat trip, every single employee on the boat very friendly and helpful. Would definitely do this again if we ever return to Lake Tahoe. Problem with pick up point when booking, we were disappointed with the attitude of the tour operator we had to talk to over the phone, but Cool Lake Tahoe did make it right.

Captain Adam was gracious, friendly, and knowledge. We took a leisurely scenic trip around Emerald Bay. The day was beautiful and the boat comfy. Adam kept the wind down and had great history of the area. He even found the spot on the lake where we got married 20 years ago.

Captain Sean was great! Our scheduled tour day showed high winds on the lake and he reached out days in advance to see if we had other availability while we were in town to see if we could still make it work, which we did and it was a beautiful weather day when we had our rescheduled tour on the lake. He even has blankets to keep warm because even on a sunny day it is still cool while driving around. He had lots of engaging information about the lake and you can tell he loves his hometown. It was just a picture perfect day and to see the surrounding mountains and lakeshore from the boat viewport was just incredible. And the color of the water... Life is short.. Take The Boat Tour, you won't regret it!
